Customer Reviews
Interesting subject; poorly written and edited
The Eastern Front is often understudied (in English) and is very interesting. This book clumsily tries to fix that. It needs a serious editing and rewriting. Meandering chapters, typographical errors, long quotes in French (?), paragraphs overloaded with numbers, and poorly-designed graphics made what is a fascinating subject a chore to read.
