Works

14 years of solid drinking...stopped on a dime.

I stopped drinking because of this book

Shout out to Nikki Glaser on the Joe Rogan Podcast. She pointed me to this book. Now I’ve escaped the alcohol trap. I’ve realized that alcohol does nothing for me whatsoever. Why would I put on a tight pair of shoes just to take them off again? 🙂

Insightful Points

This book had a lot of insightful points that I had never considered regarding drinking. The book has me questioning many beliefs I’ve had about why I drink. However, it is rather long and is worth revisiting to truly understand what has been read.
