Ryan Lock and his partner Ty Johnson are hired by the father of a young girl to investigate an isolated school for troubled teens. Ty goes undercover an an instructor there Their a quite a few mysterious deaths listed as suicides but Ty and Ryan suspect are murders. This school is run by a sadistic woman who thrives on inflicting physical pain on her students. The pace picks up in the last couple of chapters. The Edge of Alone is a great read!!! My highest recommendation!!

Love this series, but this one wasn’t as interesting as the others.
