Great book
This is a great book.
Good for a new Leader
Feels like this book would be great to bring someone new up to speed on some key areas and pitfalls in leadership. For the mature leader, there are a few gems but would suggest picking the key points out at the end of each chapter.
Excellent read
I highly recommend this book for any level of leader (or aspiring one) which contains timeless principles you can apply to your business or everyday life. 5 stars
