Racing Weight, Rehashed

If you already own Matt Fitzgerald’s “Racing Weight” and or the quick start guide, don’t purchase this. If you don’t own “Racing Weight”, just purchase that instead. This book is just the cliff notes of that, and it’s a must for any endurance athlete who wants to shave off the points to get faster.
