In the chaos, the lives of four people collide. Unemployed artist, Kel Rodrigues, is one of those chosen to learn the shamanic way. His sister, Dr. Jen Rodrigues, is left running a psychic research institute in the middle of a mental health crisis.

Lethe, a stage-show medium, must escape from deep within the spirit world where she was lured by Atumhotep, the herald of The Nine. Meanwhile Harry Wallace, framed for a terror attack in Edinburgh, uncovers corruption and conspiracy in Britain’s shadowy espionage community, and a deep global threat.
