Of all the Epistles in the New Testament, Hebrews is unique and is considered the deepest theologically. It is also one of the most important for fortifying the New Covenant we have in Christ. It is addressed to the Jewish people  about their greatest hope, the Messiah, engaging in an in-depth overview of how the Old Covenant law prophesied Christ and was fulfilled in Him.

James

The style of James is pastoral. It addresses practical aspects of basic Christian living such as dealing with temptation, faith and works, and discerning the wisdom from above from that which comes from below. The sound teaching given on these topics can have a most basic impact on the life of any who follows them. They have helped multitudes throughout the church age live a victorious Christian life.
