Great Review, Awful recipes!
After trying the vindaloo recipe, I will never waste ingredients on one of the recipes from this book again. Let me start by saying Vindaloo is my favorite Indian dish (although probably not really an authentic Indian recipe) I have had this dish in several countries including India. I have made it myself many times stovetop slow cooker and pressure cooker. As I was following this recipe I knew something wasn’t right. But since I know there are many variations of vindaloo I continued with it. The process this recipe uses is inconsistent with the most vindaloo recipes I’ve tried and the outcome was a watery bland mess. This book will be deleted from my library and my hope is that you see this review before wasting your time and money.
