The book is fantastic

I cannot say enough. I have spent the past 8 years learning more and more on essential oils. I have spent a lot of time looking into wholeness and wellness naturally. One thing that was missing is incorporating essential oils into your daily diets. I have lots of recipes on what oils to cook with but what I did not have is how to incorporate these in the daily schedules and also in the references of just not about diet. Great recipes and great starter book to start experimenting into clean eating. It is simple to read. Love the digital version. Great reference material.
