You know you know it…
But then again, maybe you don't.
Even if you go to church, it doesn't mean that you are being exposed (or exposing others) to the gospel explicitly. Sure, most people talk about Jesus, and about being good and avoiding bad, but the gospel message simply isn't there—at least not in its specificity and its fullness.
Inspired by the needs of both the over-churched and the unchurched, and bolstered by the common neglect of the explicit gospel within Christianity, popular pastor Matt Chandler writes this best-selling treatise to remind us what is of first and utmost importance—the gospel.

Too Important
If you are at all interested in the Christian faith and understanding what the Bible actually teaches about salvation and being in a right relationship with God. If you want to understand the gospel better, the scope of God's work in the world and in your life, as well as the difference between good morality & true transformation, I highly recommend "The Explicit Gospel" by Matt Chandler. His writing syle is very understandable, but powerful. Funny and yet deadly serious. Do not pass up this book, it is too important!

Amazing
Best book I've ever read on seeing the gospel and how it relates to us and the world. Best read of my year
Outstanding book!
This is the one book, besides the Bible, that every Christian should study (not just read). It will cement your faith in the power of the gospel.
