It would be a better book if the graphics were viewable

Good book on leadership but the execution of the content is poor. Text is okay but the are a lot of references to different figures that provide important context. The illustrations are so tiny you cannot see them. There is no way to zoom into to see them better. Repeated contacts to the publisher results in contacting the editor. Of which I have yet to receive a response.
