APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
The first book in Robert Jordan’s 14-volume Wheel of Time saga is an enthralling epic fantasy that’s as magical as the books of Tolkien and George R.R. Martin. Rand, Perrin, and Mat—young men from a remote farming village—are preoccupied with local girls and scolding elders. But when their village comes under attack from an undead commander’s vicious army, the friends are thrust into a life-changing quest to confront a formidable evil force. Filled with sword-and-sorcery thrills and imaginative world-building, The Eye of the World turns a coming-of-age story into the start of a high-fantasy masterpiece.
Customer Reviews
Great book series worth reading for sure!!!
Classic!!!
Starts slow
And I mean slowwww I have tried getting into this daunting series for maybe 5 years—it never seemed to hold my attention— if only I would have made to chapter 4 or 5 Before now. Don’t do what I did, stick with it till at least chapter 6 and see if you can go a day without checking in.
Read this series
It’s worth it!
