Another great addition
I’ll be honest this couple was not who I thought they would be, but both guys were wonderful and wonderful together. the pacing was a bit slower then others in the series more like book one and less like some of the others where it’s non-stop action. Beautifully written and another great addition to the series.
My favorite so far
The Face Man by Amy Lane is book 6 in the Long Con series which brings us to just before the crew goes to Barbados to find out what happened to Molly & Stirlings adopted parents that was at the end of book 5. This focuses on Torrence Gray aka the Face Man of the Salingers crew and Marcos, a chef at the mansion who needs Tor’s help with his Uncle’s construction business and why they are being sued. As Tor finds his place is within the Salinger family and helps him heal during a crisis of his own. They also gather to help Marcus and the very complicated job of vindicating his uncle that turns out to be bigger than they realized. I really loved Torrence and Marcus. Together they were just the right combination of sweet and snarky but mindful of each other's fragilities as well as knowing when to ask for help. Definitely a reread when you need some good in the world.
