The Faerie Queene and her Knights

Edmund Spencer’s epic 16th Century poem retold for boys and girls.


Rewritten by the prolific author, Rev. Arthur J Church, M.A. in 1909, and revised and edited by SJ Hills in 2018. Originally titled Faery Queen and her Knights by Church, but retitled with the original spelling of Spencer in this edition to avoid confusion. 


Suitable for all ages, making the original works which spanned four volumes accessible to everyone.


The original poem, titled The Faerie Queene, was dedicated to Queen_Elizabeth I who appears within the work as Queen Gloriana,  Wonderfully delightful adventurous stories of knights and ladies, dragons and giants, sorcerers and witches, all contained within the various books of The Faerie Queene.
