Who can you really trust in Hollywood?
I was not expecting to see the direction of the storyline in “The Fall” to make such a dramatic shift from happiness for our characters to utter despair and pain for MIrren, Zander and Davie. I won’t give anything away, but the title of the book perfectly depicts the future for our beloved characters. Regardless of what happened to them in the past, nothing could have prepared me for how hard they all fell into a place they never wanted to go. Their fall from grace in Hollywood was one thing, but their personal lives became media fodder and it was amazing to see how fast they fell out of popularity with the entertainment community. The one person who they all thought they could trust was playing a dangerous game and they were at a loss at what to do. Was there anyone in their inner circle they could really trust? When Hollywood secrets and lies were revealed it was Mirren, Zander and Davie, along with his girlfriend Sarah, who dug deep to finally tell a story that had been hidden for years. Throughout their journey we saw them deal with their personal disappointments with the strength and dignity that was the very soul of their friendship. No matter what happens, good or bad, they would always be there for each other.
