AMAZING START TO NEW SERIES <3
WHAT AN AMAZING START TO A NEW SERIES!!!!!
Seriously, this book was intriguing from start to finish. The first page will grab your attention and pull you into a story full of twist and turns and boundaries will be crossed. The Fallen brethren are exactly that...brothers. They bleed and fight for each other. Their close knit relationships are already so interesting and Tillie just gave us a glimpse that just makes me want more!!!
I am SO excited for the next book and for all the books that come after in this series!!!
5 DARK STARS
Omg....words. I. Do. Not. Have. Words. I read dark. I love dark. This was DARK. It was hard to read at times, and yet I was captivated.
This group. Their desires. Their specific proclivities are a dichotomy of intriguing and horrific. I am interested to see how Tillie Cole is going to tell these stories, and how she is going to integrate romance it this depraved stories.
This story will be hard. There will be triggers for people, but if you love DARK, you are going to love this. I’m down for the whole epic ride.
I am so thrilled that Tillie gave us this prequel to the series. I love that we got to be introduced into this world this way. This book will floor you, shock you, consume you, and leave you shook.....all in the best way possible.
"They told them they were evil. They told them they were possessed by demons. They told them that darkness ran in their veins."
I truly feel that we wouldn't be this invested in a series if we hadn't got to see where they all started. Witnessing the beginning of it all was genus on Tillie's part, we understand, we sympathize, we hunger for more now.
"The attack on Luke, Gabriel realized then, was the genesis of the Fallen. The sin that set them on this dark and painful path."
I love dark books, romantic suspense is my jam, and this is that times eleventy billion. It's so much more than I was expecting. I am buckled into this journey, and I'm reading for what comes next. Bring it on Tillie, Bring it on.
