Fasting does not sound so bad with these recipes
Don’t be confused, the “fast” in The Fast Diet Cookbook for Weight Loss, by Mendocino Press is not another word for “quick.” It is about fasting two days a week. Those fasting days are limited to 500 (women) or 600 (men) calories. The recipes in the book are categorized into 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 calorie chapters. The recipes look great. If the diet works, it looks relatively painless.
