    After 2 weeks 5 pounds down and feeling good

    Chris came up with a cook book that helps you to feel great and perform like an elite athlete throughout the day, while losing weight the right day. This isn’t a “diet” that you will dread and probably quit after a couple of weeks of eating foods you don’t like. Aside from nutritious these are some of the most delicious foods-from Oat bars, to New York gyros, to Penne Bolognese-I’ve ever eaten.
