Excellent ending to a great series!!
This is the perfect ending to an amazing series! I can’t believe it is over. I loved the updates on all the players and their growing families as Ms. Lind touched upon each player and what they had been doing. For me, it was great to revisit all the players and reminisce about how they had met their wives. I definitely learned a lot about hockey from reading this series.
Scott and Brian are still best friends and their wives are always arranging playdates with their children. Brian misses playing hockey and being with the guys but Scott has something up his sleeve that will make Brian very happy about his future. Julia and Beckett are planning a summer vacation to visit his family in Sweden and Dylan and Hailey and Johnathan and Jill are going with them. Laura and Mark have a houseful of kids and she is still working long days as the managing partner of the team. Will something happen to change the direction of her life?
A new player briefly joins the team before he is scooped up in the expansion draft by the new San Francisco Shockwaves. Ryker is thrilled to be joining a West Coast team because he will be closer to his daughter. Ryker is an exciting character and I can’t wait to see what Ms. Lind has in store for him in her new series.
