Once I started reading it I couldn’t put it down. Love all the information said in a way you can understand. Knowing Jess from her YouTube channel I knew it would be awesome book, it did not disappoint...... can’t wait for her next book. 🥰🥰🥰
Excellent book to encourage first time gardeners
Jess’ tone throughout the whole book exudes understanding and encouragement. Ideas are given, but no exact formula. Jess’ gives the reader permission to break gardening “rules”, to experiment, to take risks and give in to passion for the natural world, while delivering wisdom in a simple, refined way.
As someone who has killed many a plant, and always claimed I had a black thumb, I appreciate her journey to becoming a gardener and am determined to grow my own food. The information from this book has given me a simple and solid foundation to start with and I look forward to creating my own little slice of paradise!
