This book is one of the top 2 or 3 business books on my personal hit list. An amazingly easy read that has you turning pages like a best selling fiction novel, this book speaks to the core of the issues that hold companies and teams back.

Reading this will highlight opportunities in your business you didn’t know you had, but even better, will give you ways to overcome those opportunities
Excellent concepts for educators!
While this book’s examples take place in a corporate settings, I have found this book tremendously helpful as I endeavor to lead a small group of highly experienced Early Childhood Educators who are independently amazing teachers, but find it difficult to work as a team. I have learned a lot. I am a developing leader myself, and this provides some great insight into the dynamics of teamwork.
