I loved this book! Aladdin and Zahra's story was so touching. I loved how they started to care for each other. I also loved the backstory of all of the characters. I loved the princess and her handmaidens and their history. I loved Zahra's past even though it was sad. Aladdin's childhood was so sad but i loved how it came full circle and he lead the rebellion. One of the things I loved the most was that there was a strong sense of female empowerment throughout the whole book. This was a great balance of romance and action. Aladdin is my favorite disney movie and this book did not disappoint.
