THE FORMULA A powerful epic of international intrigue murder and desire Paul O'Mara arrives in London from New York. His first sales call is to Stone International, a large pharmaceutical firm with offices in Rio de Janeiro and New York. There he meets and marries Kelly but their short marriage is terminated by murder. He rejects the police conclusion of rape/murder and begins his own investigation at the Swan and Sugar Loaf pub. He learns from a Stone employee that Kelly had been killed because of something she discovered about the company. Returning to New York, Jaime, a college friend of Kelly's is waiting for him in his lounge. As they talk, assassins break in but are no match for O'Mara's army-trained combat skills. After a savage helicopter attack on his office that kills his partner he decides to return to London to find some answers. His investigation takes him to the Rio branch and the real reason for Kelly's murder.
