This book is a must read for any leader! I am in collegiate coaching, and after reading this book, I absolutely can see how leading from all 4 dimensions can have a greater impact with any team and player I coach! Author Jenny Catron, does a great job teaching and challenging the reader (leader) to consider leading well from all 4 dimensions to effectively impact and influence anyone they may be asked to lead.
