The Fourth Ring

When Bill and his friend Rick are having lunch he makes a claim that married women are the easiest to get into bed.

This challenge ends in a bet between Rick and Bill that also involves Bill's wife Anne. Part of the bet is that if Rick is successful he'll ring Bill and let the phone ring four times.
