The Francis report: one year on

This report explores the response of acute hospital trusts to the Francis Report of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust Public Inquiry, published in 2013.

The research was based on 49 in-depth interviews with staff at five hospitals, and the responses of 53 trusts to an electronic survey.
