Publisher Description
Kathy and her sister, Samantha, have always been a team. Throughout their time as witches, they've taken out more than their share of bad guys. But after Kathy meets Will, who she learns is a demonic Dark Knight, her loyalties begin to change.
Meanwhile, Samantha doesn't trust Will or his intentions. Still, Kathy can't help but feel tempted by the dark side as she falls deeper in love with Will. Crossing over would give Kathy the freedom to do whatever she wanted with her magic. No rules. No limitations. It would also mean breaking the bond she has always shared with her sister, who has made it clear that she wants nothing to do with the dark side.
When Will proposes they take over the underworld, Kathy loves the idea of having power. But it also leaves her with a choice that will change her life: abandon her family and the life she has always known, or give up the love of her life forever.

The ending could be better
I wanted more of will! So where it part 2
Loved it
It was a great book, I’m definitely going to get the complete series
Straight to the story
The author did great with characters and Kathy reminds me of V.C. Andrews’ , Cathy, in her most famous American Gothic Horror/thriller novel, Flowers in the Attic. Cathy was straight forward and didn’t hold back when she was upset at her mother for leaving them in the attic and let in on everyone at her mother’s wedding of what horrors she had done to them by shoving a cookie at her mother that was covered in powdered sugar laced with arsenic poisoning her mother had prepared that killed her younger brother Cory all for her selfish desires. Kathy has a little bit but not exactly that of the same characteristics as Cathy when she was assaulted by the manager and told the everyone that he was pervert. I love that so much. It’s real and raw as I believe is beautifully written.
