The Phoenix Madison Square Garden served as a hotbed for pro wrestling in Arizona from 1929 to 1979. Jim Londos, Gorgeous George, Buddy Rogers, Tito Montez, Lou Thesz, Dory Funk Sr., Cowboy Bob Ellis, Luis Martinez, Eddie Sullivan, Don Arnold, Mildred Burke, Jane Sherill, Billy Anderson and many more walked the aisle at this famous arena. In 2005, things came to an end when the stadium was demolished to make way for progress, but the memories live on.
