Two years after their elopement set the ton ablaze with gossip and scandal, the Earl and Countess of Hartmoor have settled into their new lives. After years of revenge-seeking driven by heartache, Lord Adam Callahan is finally content. All is as it should be as he and Daphne prepare to enjoy Christmas with their family.
However, their newfound happiness is threatened when a youthful misdeed comes back to haunt Adam—one that will change their lives forever.
The gift is a novella follow-up to The Villain Duology, and a glimpse into Adam and Daphne's happily ever after. It is best understood after reading the original duet of books.

Hot throbbing hot❤️
Victoria Vale has given us a perfect and might I say HOT(as in 3 alarm hot) Book!!! The Gift is a great add to The Villian Series. it shows a family coming together during difficult times and having faith in the people you love to do right! It was just as wonderful as The Villian and The Dove. This is my favorite series hands down and could read it over and over again. Even though you could read it without reading The Villian and The Dove why would you when all 3 books are heart stopping. I can’t wait to read The Butterfly and The Damsel and a book of Ian and Charlotte would be wonderful also.

Loved the story
I absolutely love Adam and adore Daphne. The quality of writing is superb, the storyline is highly erotic and at the same time family interaction also figures a lot into the story. There are surprises for everyone, some are better than others but they all have an effect on Adam’s family and his relationships. This is a great addition to this series and I hope this is not the end of the series. I would highly recommend this book as a great read as I am sure you will not be disappointed. As far as I am concerned, this story is as good as it gets.
