My first time reading the book was interesting but the fact that they could not really see color was weird but fascinating
I liked the book because it shows the true meaning behind his dad killing baby’s and I thought that was very interesting because his father lied. And you aren’t supposed to lie in their community. So it was very testy and dramatic.
This book was my favorite growing up as a kid, I read it time and time again throughout the years! It’s super intriguing, and such a great concept, I couldn’t help but love Jonas and the giver, and the many other characters that help the book come alive. This short book is truly worth your time!
