Call me skeptical

Even though the Doc has 25 plus years experience, I am skeptical of his program but will take a close look at it. I have had 3 heart attacks, I'm on 40mg Zocor, blood pressure meds and I am 50 pounds over weight. I have been walking for 2 1/2 years now at 10 plus miles a day for over 8,000 miles to work on my slow twitch muscles but no help with the weight. My last lab work was LDL of 98, HDL of 44 and a triglyceride reading of 68. I don't eat out of but looking at the glycemic load diet, I haven't been doing very good in this category but will look at doing better. I have also got to keep my fiber pretty high to keep from having problems with OIC.
