Goodbye Bride
This is book 2 of the Summer Harbor Series, which can be read alone. A romance, yet a mystery. Waking up and realizing seven months are gone , must be terrifying for anyone, then to see oneself in a wedding gown. This is what happened to Lucy, and a story of can true love survive what has happened. She doesn't remember moving to Portland, Maine, becoming engaged to someone else. All she remembers is loving Zac ,more than life itself. Will Zac be there to help her pick up the pieces ? She is homeless, vulnerable, relying on the love she has for him, that he will help.
A beautiful story, of how high the stakes are, can one forgive, and rebuild the love they had. Another winner for Denise Hunter. You will love meeting Lucy and Zac, and solving the mystery of those seven months.
Given book by Thomas Nelson- Fiction Guild for my honest opinion of which I have given.
Too predictable
The beginning of the book screw me in, especially the Lucy character. But towards middle and end it go too predictable. Easy to guess the final outcome.
Love
I love Denise Hunter's books. I would give her 10 stars if I could. This book was no exception. It reeled me in from the very beginning.
