The Group Without Me

Tomas is thirteen when he stops getting the messages from his class group chat. No one told him. Then he is added to a different on: built to mock him, full of screenshots and cruel jokes, active around the clock.
He stops going out with friends. He shuts himself in his room, never quite turning off the screen, afraid of missing something about himself.
Until his dad notices the strange silence of a kid who used to live outside on his bike and decides this isn’t fixed by deleting an app for one night.
A story about bullying with no schedule, and why no kid should have to be available 24/7 for their own humiliation.
