Secret admirer or stalker?

The last thing Sara Vance needs is a disruption of her well ordered life. Sara is the new mayor of her small town, a woman steeped in tradition and obligation. So someone stole her underwear off the clothesline. It was a childish prank, nothing more. Wasn't it? The appearance of an old boyfriend is much more disturbing than any prank.

Dante Mangino is a temporary member of the police force as a favor for his cousin, the chief. It's boring duty, and it's not long before he's regretting his decision to help. He had to cut his hair for this job; he wears a boring suit and tie. Things get much more interesting when he's called upon to investigate Sara's panty thief.
