The Handbook for New Assistant Principals

Are you new to the role of assistant principal? Are you thinking of getting into school leadership?

This handbook is based on experience developed during ten years in the role of assistant principal and is designed to help someone new to school leadership make a successful transition into their new role. Included are sections on relationship building with stakeholders, student discipline, developing vision in the school, building collaborative practice, and important timelines and activities.
