Great for Boating Basics
A good book for picking up the basics for safe boating in the state of Michigan. It was a quick read with a great deal of boating information. I would recommend it for any new or uneducated boater or PWC owner that wants to grasp proper boating practices. Most good boating practices are just common sense, and this guide provides the foundation for this common sense.

Needs updating
Good resource but needs updated. Several laws have changes and are not reflected in this 2011 edition. PWC age restrictions, for example.
