This book is very helpful, it summarizes the whole HCG diet well, through the phases. Keep in mind that this cookbook is for the most difficult and vital portion of the diet, phase 2, the calorie restricted diet where you lose the weight.
I've done the prescription drops HCG diet 2 times before and I didn't cycle off of phase 3 properly so I gained it back. I will do it properly this time and look for a phase 3 cook book too.

The doctor provided a poor excuse of a food list and really just sent me on my way. The recipes are so helpful and help me portion my food throughout the day. My husband liked a lot of the recipes so I didn't have to make two different meals each night. The details of the diet are great too in the beginning if the book.
