The first quarter of the book is weighed down by backstory and the reintroduction of characters from the previous installment, but the intrigue picks up the pace when Nick's grandmother, Queen Eleanor, has a stroke and the couple's royal responsibilities increase. The frothy accounts of an official state dinner, international trips, and glitzy parties are irresistibly fun. Bex's romance with her prince is playful and appealing, and the bond between Nick and Freddie is sincere and moving. Fell In Love
I loved the first book in the series and needed more! This book gave more than anyone could imagine! Now we just need a third!
Interesting
It had some definitely interesting twists but I got lost in all the names as everyone had a nickname as well. Maybe if I had read the first one I could have kept track of all the people and relationships.
FANTASTIC sequel!
Really loved it. Definitely made me cry and laugh out loud. Well worth a read. I hope to read more of Bex and Nick's adventures!
