A brief history
A brief overview of the history of middle earth, not very in depth at its price though its an okay read. I wish there was a more complete history on the apple store. This feels more like a summary of middle earths huge history with more time spent on the history of the books and works of fiction that the vast history is told in, perhaps even like an advertisement to go buy and read the other books (which you should read!)
If you want a deep in depth story of Middle Earth's history this book is just a start.
Unofficial is correct…
Many inaccuracies in this book. I’m amazed that the Tolkien estate has not sued to have it taken out of publication. Turin is called an elf…incredible.
