The rules: no kissing on the mouth, no staying the night, no telling anyone, and above all… No falling in love
Anna Jones just wants to finish college and figure out her life. Falling for star quarterback Drew Baylor is certainly not on her to do list. Confident and charming, he lives in the limelight and is way too gorgeous for his own good. If only she could ignore his heated stares and stop thinking about doing hot and dirty things with him. Easy, right?
Too bad he’s committed to making her break every rule…
Football has been good to Drew. It’s given him recognition, two National Championships, and the Heisman. But what he really craves is sexy yet prickly Anna Jones. Her cutting humor and blatant disregard for his fame turns him on like nothing else. But there’s one problem: she's shut him down. Completely.
That is until a chance encounter leads to the hottest sex of their lives, along with the possibility of something great. Unfortunately, Anna wants it to remain a hook up. Now it’s up to Drew to tempt her with more: more sex, more satisfaction, more time with him. Until she’s truly hooked. It's a good thing Drew knows all about winning.
All’s fair in love and football…Game on
It is a great book. I was honestly expecting the classic bad boy and goody two shoes story but it’s different. It makes you want to set unrealistic goals for love and college experience. However, this book takes you through a series of ups and downs and is generally a good book and a great read. Highly recommend.
One thing I loved about this book was that I felt like the tables were turnt, in this book it was Anna the girl who didn’t want a relationship and just wanted to hook up most times it’s the other way around. Though after the first couple times of them hooking up you could sense the feelings and relationship growing between Drew and Anna. I know that Anna wanted to keep everything a secret because she didn’t want to get caught up in Drew light and have it overshadow her but I feel like she might have went about it the wrong way. If she had just been honest from the beginning it would have saved them both pain and heartache, Anna in my opinion was to concerned about what other people thought of their relationship instead of focusing on her own feelings for Drew. I was glad they were eventually able to solve the issues with there relationship and she was there for him during his difficult times. I first read this book about six years ago and decide to reread it again and leave a review this time I’m not sure what I thought after I read it the first time but I’m sure I loved it because I went on to buy the rest of the books in the series.
Love this book
