The Horatio Chronicles: A History of Human F*****y gathers 37 absurdist dialogues in five acts, wandering from self-checkouts and smart homes to billionaires, immortality, nuclear deterrence, and the end of civilization. Each begins with a magnificently counterfeit Shakespeare quotation from a play that somehow never existed.

The language is gloriously unruly. The questions are uncomfortably sensible. The answers appear to have been approved by management.
