I’ve been following Dr. Greger for years, but this is my first time making one of his recipes that wasn’t a smoothie. I have never eaten a savory dish in my entire adulthood that wasn’t smothered in salt, I’m a salt fiend, but this Moroccan Lentil Soup is AMAZING without any added salt. Granted I used salted vegetable and chicken stock, but I usually put half a tablespoon extra salt in ALL my soups, but this tastes SO DARN GOOD, it truly doesn’t need it. Thank you for your awesome creations and helping me practice what I’ve learned on your site about being healthy. I would never have used spices in such combinations without your aid, I’m loving this.
Great cookbook for anyone who wants to have a healthy diet.
