Phenomenal
Just an excellent excellent excellent book and series. I can’t get enough of these books and this character. Evie is just amazing. I’m entranced on every page and this latest installment - WOW!! I never know how they are going to improve upon each other but boy do they ever!! DuMond has the perfect balance of intrigue and romance. A must read and must buy!

The Husband is the fourth book in the 21st Century Courtesan by Pamela DuMond. This series should be read in order to get the full effect of this series, besides they are all excellently written. In Fact, I don’t often reread books, but I just had to go back and read the first three books before diving into this book. This series is fascinating with all the twists and turns. Evelyn is a strong empathic woman, who takes care of important and influential men. With each passing book the tension is getting higher and I’m excited to see what is coming next. I highly recommend this book, series and author.
