This is a great read. As it covers 3 different IF techniques, you can swap between them, which is useful as some work better at different times in my schedule. Lots of science made very simple (if only school was designed like this).
To top it all off, the super positive author keeps you going, which really helps those who have picked up a diet book in need of a boost.
