Best book I have read in a decade

This book blew me away. I have read hundreds of leadership and self help books and this book stands out among them as on of the best. I was not expecting such a huge impact. It looked interesting so I decided to read it and was amazed at how close to home it hit. After all these years and books, this one finally explained to me why I am the way that I am. The side effects of the imposter syndrome are at the root of my entire existence. Before I read this book I could never figure out why despite so much success over a thirty year career I always felt like I was not good enough which has driven me to work almost non stop reading books, doing extra work, people pleasing, all while avoiding the spotlight. It all makes sense now. Going through the exercises laid it all out. I filled out a page full of amazing accomplishments that I have achieved over my career and looked them over and thought, why do I feel this way when I have succeeded in everything I have done. Why do I still feel restless and unsure of myself. This book answers those questions and gives you a path forward to freedom and fulfillment. I look forward to the rest of my career knowing what I now know.
