The Ineffable File

Only one man, with concealed, multiple identities, underground connections, hidden gold reserves and a computer network with tentacles that encompass the entire world, now has everything in place to accomplish his life-long mission to become the Ruler of the World. He alone knows the secrets encoded in the Ineffable File. He believed his secrets were buried so deeply in an enigma of such unfathomable depth that no one would ever know his true identity. One of his computers has alerted him of a threat to these files. The threat appears to be a woman author, who has written a book, that has information that could destroy him. He spans the globe searching for a woman who does not seem to exist. Time is running out for him. He must destroy her. He will soon become ruler of the world. Nothing and no one can stop him. Martha Jo Raney-Cummins is a psychologist and licensed counselor. She is also the author (Dr. M.J. Raney) of the novel, Encryption. She has a BS degree in Business Administration, an MA in Guidance and Counseling, an MS in Psychology, and is ABDPHD in Psychology. She also holds an honorary PHD. Her bio was featured in Notable Women of Texas. She and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters and five grandchildren and have residences on both the East and West coast. They can often be seen lounging aboard their beloved yacht, The Admiral. Her extensive travels have taken her around the world, including a two-year stay in Saudia Arabia. She is the President of CHILD, a not for profit organization that gives aid to homeless women and children. All the proceeds from both her novels are being donated to this charity.
