Any writer will tell you a variation of the following: that their characters will not co-operate, or 'come to the party'. Sometimes, like in the stories in this anthology, the situation is more true than in others. Below, you will find many invitations to attend, from the banal to the mysterious. What do they find when they arrive? And for some, what keeps them from doing so in the first place?
Camaraderie, friendship, these elements and many more define humanity's wish to come together for an evening. To share tales around a campfire, attend the latest club or simply spend time in each other's company.
