It's Berkus Nomis' 18th birthday, and everyone is having fun, until Berkus' archenemy, Cabby the Bully shows up. Mikey Hommard, Berkus' best friend, has history with Cabby, and gets angry with him for everything he did. It turns out Mikey has powers, and the corrupt president's army saw how strong Mikey was and wanted to use him for defense. So they kidnapped Mikey and gave his friends a deal for getting him back: beating them in a battle that would put their entire moon civilization at risk.
