Greatness for introverts
This book was amazing and introverts who have a difficult understanding their value should take a profound look into this book . Introverts you are very special and God orientated people.
When you are a leader and surrounded by arrogant extroverts, read this.
I am an introvert.
At the moment, I was facing obstacles that I got humiliated by my teammates’ performances done in extroverted ways. I felt useless, confused, and disappointed by my values of leadership that I was chasing for. Moreover, I realized that I have intended to get the leadership skills that extroverts have so far as well. I got some of them, but somehow I always felt uncomfortable and those skills did not work in my teamwork as I expected.
This book have you resonate with the core values of your introvert leadership style , teaches how to be motivated by them, and how to evalute them.
If you are struglling with the situation as mine, or think introverts can never be a leader. I recommend this book.
