The Irish Rogue

It all started as a lark.  A way to get back at his father.  Sian Byrne drove into Georgia with the single minded purpose of buying the brewery in order to foil his father’s plans. 

That’s when he saw her.  Kennedi stepped into the restaurant looking beautiful and vivacious.

 

Sian Byrne was different than any other man she’d met – and not just because of his beautiful, Irish accent.  There was a hardness to the man that tugged at Kennedi’s heart, but also a gentle soul that cried out for something that only she could give him.

She didn’t realize that he’d given her something – right before he drove out of town. 

Pregnant and single – and the talk of the town.  Just like her mother.  But Kennedi wasn’t giving up this precious baby even if she had to raise him all on her own. 

A year later, everything was fine – perhaps a bit hectic – when Sian drove back into town.  Was the sizzle still there?  Yep.  But she wasn’t giving in to those feelings this time.  Once burned, twice shy. 

So why did Sian’s voice still send shivers racing throughout her body whenever he spoke?  And why couldn’t she keep her eyes off of him?  She hated him, right? 

Apparently, her fury at his betrayal wasn’t nearly as deep as she’d thought!
